In the course of the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No 5104), introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is aimed at the improvement of the state secrets system protection in the course of the enterprises, connected with the state secret system., bankrupt procedure.
In particular, according to the Bill, the bankruptcy commissioner of the enterprises that conduct an activity connected with the state secret, is supposed to possess the clearance to the official secret.
